frustration 300x266 Frustrated with the Job Market?

Let’s face it, the world’s cataclysmic changes have people frustrated with the job market! This is the perfect time to discover the leader within and create your own opportunities.

Never before in the history of the world have we seen so many people unemployed since the Great Depression . There are so many challenges upon us that even the governments of the world don’t have a clue on what to do next to keep us from going into a second recession. Personally, I think this all stinks that people who are responsible for the well being of all it’s citizens can’t agree to do what’s right when it comes making decisions that affect us all. I don’t want to get all personal, or into politics, but I am anyway. Our leaders SUCK right now! nuff said…..

Now that I’ve gotten that out my system, let me continue with the most encouraging news from these most harsh times. There has never been a time where this is the perfect opportunity for you to discover the boss within and create your own opportunity in this economic climate. There are thousands upon thousands of people thriving during this period! Why, because they have discovered their own personal power to create the things in their life to accomplish their goals and dreams. Don’t know about you, but I’m taking this same action!

I’ve been on the personal development path for the last five to six years. I have invested thousands of dollars in myself to become the best person I can be. One the of the greatest processes I have discovered and I am now certified to bring to the public is, RAMP (Rapid Accelerated Mind Patterning). Check it out here, www.myrebornmind.com. Because of it, I have more confidence, more self-esteem, continual optimism, and my determination to succeed is off the charts. Just a few years ago, I would have never felt this way and quite frankly, would probably be struggling because of my tendency to worry and complain about things. Worry and complaining brings you only more things to worry and complain about! While having a continuous mindset of the unlimited possibilities that lie within me because of my continuous self improvement, the world is my oyster! I can accomplish anything I put my mind to, and you can too!

That’s the point of the post today, you are capable of anything you put your mind to, including creating your own opportunities during these despicable economic times according the news people. Forget that, this is the best time to put your best foot forward and take action to create and attract all the wonderful successes that other people that are achieving despite the economy. I’ve gotten a mentor, who is quite successful in her own right. Check her out, www.laptopmom.com, and she is teaching me all the ways to create my own online empire! May I suggest to each and every entrepreneur, find someone who is already achieving the success you want and ask them to mentor you. Even if it cost you something, it’s well worth the investment because it will save you time and money in the end because of all the roadblocks you will run into along the way.

Because of the wisdom and knowledge I have attained through my experience with my coaches and mentors, I will be hosting a program,  www.energyofsuccesssummit.com on Nov 15th- Nov 30th that will have experts in the field of personal development sharing their tools, techniques, and processes on awakening the leader within! This event is for people who are just freakin tired of all the BS they hear about the job market today, and are ready to move forward and create their own opportunity and success in their life. We cannot depend on anyone but ourselves from here on out because the world will never be the same after this shakeup that is canvassing the whole world…period!

Take control of your future………..

Hey Eldridge, how have you been.

You have made so many good points in this post. It always boils down to what you do to make what you what to happen. The one thing that will always stop us is like every one else we like immediate gratification, but if we really want to change our lives then we have to stay and wait for everyone else to adapt to what we want. This how we become a piller in life. So if it is something you want to happen then it is something you need to start. TTYL

    Hey Marcus,

Yeah man, it does boil down to people being accountable for their own well being in all areas of their life! We cannot depend on anyone anymore, but must take flight in our own minds and take over the negative thinking and making that positive instead!

    Thank you

    Eldridge,

This is so for only certain people. Unfortunately, not everyone will look at this time in world history as a monumental time for opportunity. Those who have an entrepreneurial spirit, are willing to continue to educate themselves and develop themselves and not play pity party will find no better time to be in business.

    Thanks for your points!

Yes, that is true. Not everyone is ready for this, but with all going on in the world’s economy today, they should be. Personal empowerment not to worry, but take charge in your life is the key to overcoming obstacles!

    Thank you Rick!

Hi Eldridge! What a PERFECT article for this economy and these trying times for so many people. I remember when I started my first home based business … the economy was nowhere near as bad as now, but there were layoffs, mergers, etc and I just decided “enough was enough” and took that leap of faith to try it on my own. Every year, more and more people are starting home based businesses – they not only have more control of their schedules and lifestyle, but also their income and “job security”.

Great article, Eldridge! Thank you for sharing …

You are so right on Eldridge! We could do anything we put our mind too and create our own gosh darn economy!!

Hey, I LOVED your intro by the way, had me busting up over here, lol!!
I humbly agree, our leaders are lost and I believe our U.S. founding fathers would be turning in their graves at the lack of leadership in government right now all the way around.

BUT like you mentioned there is a good side for those that want to step up and create their destinies. The first step would be realizing there really is no such thing as job security. That’s a illusion. The only real security is knowing you can handle and deal with anything thrown your way.

    Hello Ro,

Glad I made you laugh:) Just telling it like I feel! lol
The only security we have is a mind that’s good for creativity and a mindset deadset on pursuing our dreams at all cost!

    Thanks Ro

The RAMP training sounds worth looking into.

If job seekers (or any of us) are crippled with fear, it is because they are thinking of how things will not work out or what could go wrong. The fear takes over because they don’t have enough information to be confident; consequently, their mind immediately focuses on what could go wrong.

No wonder they get scared and then procrastinate–because they feel like they
cannot move forward. Then they become unproductive and feel even worse about
themselves. Anybody would be crippled with fear if they focused on what could go wrong all the time.

Change your thoughts is key–start thinking about how things could work out. Push your mind to do things differently. It is all about the mindset.

Haha. “our leaders suck butt”… True that Eldridge!
We really can do anything that we put our minds to. Too many people watch the news everyday and focus only on “what is.” If everyone would get off their butts and take charge of their life, we could turn this economy around without any help from the government.
I personally see the potential for this being one of the best times in history to create wealth, even with the bad economy. The thing is that this opportunity is available to EVERYONE. I get more and more encouraged each day that I see people like you spreading the word. Keep it up man… see you at the top!

HI ELDRIGE! I agree with you 100% – It is the worst of times, it is the best of times. We can either join the pity party and watch things fall down all around us, OR can seize the day. I guess that was always in my heart. I remember the 1970′s “recession.” I made more money during that time than ever! Now, as the economy is falling apart, I only see opportunity. I’ve worked on myself for years also and know I can do anything I put my mind to. That’s why I named one of my businesses “Mind over Matter” … That’s the message here. We can do anything as long as we believe in ourselves. Now with internet marketing, the opportunities are endless. Thanks Eldridge and I enjoyed your rant!

    Hi Eldridge!

I think that the job market crisis was the best thing that ever happened to me! I was far too cushy in a very well paid job and then my wages got cut and I was forced out of my comfortable bubble! YEAH!

There is absolutely always an upside to a seemingly bad situation!

    Thank you!

    Eldridge,
your post is right on time with all that is happening within our great Nation.

I agree, your state of mind is everything. Back in the 80′s we called it attitude. When we went door to door with Amway products said allot. People had it bad and money was tight. Yet, with positive attitude and passion manifesting with each show, as we call it. Our lifetime friendships expanded.

No limitations and everything will be done. Claiming and faith while living it. This is my lifetime journey. My lifestyle that few of us have.

Eldridge, your a great mentor in our industry, and I believe in the same principles you live by. Thanks for sharing.

You’re right. Seize the Day, Carpe Diem. If we become our own boss and take the world head on, we can surprise ourselves and actually make progress. The world is our playground and everyone wants to play on the monkey bars. I try to push myself as hard as I can in running my company and it pays off.

Hello Eldridge…thanks for this post. I have been in network marketing for a while now and I know more people need to do this. This economy sucks and we need to become our own boss and have a great opportunity to succeed more online than we ever did in a 9-5 job working for someone else.
    Thanks again for posting this!

    Hey Barbara,
Network marketing is probably the best avenue for some people to live with a life of residual income. Getting paid while you sleep!

It is the empowerment part and the mindset that most people don’t have in order to succeed in network marketing.

I’m happy to hear that you have found your niche in that industry, and wish you continued success in your journey on that path!
