While the sweet waves may be tempting, be aware that the Orange County Health Care Agency has issued a rainfall warning for all beaches due to the high levels of bacteria caused by rainy conditions.

Here’s the top news in Laguna Beach today:

  1. The strong storm that swept through Southland did not miss Laguna Beach. Emergency responders remained busy on Tuesday, as they tended to report debris slides, power outages and floods. (The Independent Laguna Beach Newspaper).
  2. This crazy video posted on Facebook shows a sudden flood with a Laguna Beach neighborhood, and a man tried to take matters into his own hands. (Laguna Beach Patch).
